Cooking. Heat frying pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Add a little oil. Add sausages and cook, turning frequently until brown on all sides.
Do not prick holes or press sausages so they cook faster, it will cause them to dry out.
Do not cook too hot, the sausages may overcook on the outside before they cook in the middle.
