1.     What is Blue Cow Butcher?

        Blue Cow Butcher (BCB) delivers the best, freshest meat & meat products to you. We focus on best practice in purchasing, handling, packing & cold chain management
        to ensure you receive our premium products in the best possible condition.

2.     Do you deliver to my area?

        We currently deliver to KLCC, Ampang, Beverly Heights, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Damansara Heights, Desa Parkcity, Valencia, Sierramas. You can check by
        entering your area or postal code in delivery query page. If you don’t see your address covered, please fill in the delivery feedback and we’ll let you know when we serve
        your area.

3.     My address is not in your delivery area. Can I arrange a delivery anyway?

        Yes. If you would like a delivery but we don’t currently serve your area, you can contact us via Live Chat, Email, Phone, Whatsapp, SMS, and we will do our best to arrange
        delivery for you. Please note that there may be delivery charges and minimum order quantities imposed for deliveries outside our service areas. BCB reserves the right to
        refuse to deliver to areas outside our service area at our complete discretion.

4.     Can I pick up my order? What is the Pick Up point?

        Yes. Simply place your order online as normal. In the delivery screen click “Self pick up”. Enter the time and date you’d like to make the pick up. We will send you a
        confirmation SMS when your order is ready to collect.

        The Pick Up point is Blue Cow Café & Deli, Blok N-1-4, Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas Shopping Centre, 60 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Sri Hartamas 50480. KL. Tel: 03 62013206.
        Parking at the front - less than 15 mins is free.

5.     How fast do you deliver?

        In 48 hours +. To ensure premium quality and freshness, we only start production once we receive your order, so it takes a little time.

6.     How much does delivery cost?

  More than or = RM 150.00 FREE!
  Less than RM 150.00 RM 20.00
  Outside deliver service area Between Rm30 & Rm 500 depending on area and order size.

 

7.     What are the delivery hours?

        Delivery hours are between 10am to 8pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
        Currently we do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.

8.     What happens if an item is out of stock?

        We do our best to notify you of out of stock products before you check out, so you can choose a replacement immediately. If you ordered and paid for an out of stock item,
        we will notify you asap and bring you a refund with your order if possible, or if not, as soon as we can thereafter. (Within 7 days)

9.     Are your products HALAL?

        No. While the beef, lamb and chicken we sell is halal initially, we produce pork products in the same production area and delivery pork products in the same delivery vehicles.

10.   How do I check my order status?

        You will be notified when your order is processed and on the way to your home or office.
        You can also go to “My Order Status” on your account page.

11.   Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order?

        No. Once your order has been placed we are unable to allow changes. If you must, you can cancel your order and start again. Please note, you can cancel your order online
        up to 12 hours before delivery. If you need to cancel your order after that time, contact us directly on Live Chat or by Phone. In this case a late cancellation penalty of up to
        100% of the total order may be imposed.

12.   What is your returns policy?

        We stand behind our products with our REAL FRESH GUARENTEE.
        If for any reason your entire order has not been delivered, incorrect items have been delivered or you have received something you are not 100% satisfied with, we will ensure
        that you are not charged so long as you notify Blue Cow Butcher within 12 hours of the delivery being made. We may require proof of the issue and/or the unused item to be
        returned.
        Two ways to make a claim.
        1.     Tell the driver upon delivery, fill in the returns form, give the items concerned back to the driver. We will process a refund within 7 days.
        2.     Call BCB within 12 hours of delivery on 012 xxxxxx. Please contact us by phone only for refund claims, to insure immediate resolution of the problem.

        Due to the perishable nature of our products, BCB will not entertain ANY claim made later than 12 hours from delivery time.

13.   Can I have my order delivered to my office?

        Yes. We can deliver to offices within our delivery service area. We try to do office deliveries in the afternoon and your order will be packed in an insulated cold bag which should
        give you a couple hours to get it home and into the fridge. We highly recommend that you refrigerate your order as soon as possible and we will not be held responsible for any
        spoilages or other issues due to lack of refrigeration after delivery.

14.   Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?

        Yes – someone has to be home. Due to perishable nature of our products we must deliver to a person and can not leave your order unattended or at a guardhouse etc.

15.   What happens if I miss my delivery driver?

        The driver will inform the office and we will contact you to make an alternative delivery time. Please note in this instance, a Rm30 re-delivery charge may be imposed and we
        can not guarantee to re-deliver on the same day.

16.   How can I recognise your Drivers?

        Our driver’s will be in a Blue Cow Butcher uniform and have a Blue Cow ID tag and a friendly smile. Here’s a picture…

        If you are not sure, can us and we’ll check for you.

17.   Are your products frozen?

        Most of our products are fresh chilled and have never been frozen. If our products are sold frozen (eg Turkey) it will say FROZEN in the description and show a blue symbol.

        If any products have been frozen and thawed for your convenience it will say THAWED in the description and show a grey symbol. grey symbol Please note it is recommended that the
        products are NOT re-frozen as it will affect the quality. They should be chilled and cooked within a day or two of delivery.
