Grill or BBQ burgers, with a little oil, over a medium heat for 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Do not press burgers during cooking, as all the juices will escape and the meat may become dry. Do not flip the burger more than once or twice. Patience is the key to the perfect, juicy burger....give it time, and let it cook.
Ingredients: mince beef, beef meal, onions, capsicum, egg, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper.
