Corned beef has been cured (soaked) in vinegar, salt, herbs and water until it is infused with great flavour, and is ready for your finishing touch. We recommend you boil the cut in stock with your favourite herbs and spices until it is 'fall apart' tender. Serve hot with a white sauce and sauerkraut to be traditional. Left overs make great sandwiches. Corned beef keeps very well and can be frozen for later use.
